RESULTS
1 V Hovland He deserved this win. I have been critical of his game and continually being picked in the top, but he survived a 4 bogies in his 1st 10 holes and made 3 birdies on 13,14&15 to
Schefflers 1 He also made a much more difficult putt on 1st playoff hole to win.
2 S Scheffer still #1 and best player, but this year he has not been able to close like Tiger & Jack did. Could have won tournament with makable putts of #15 & 17 and then misses a simple 5’ putt on the 1st playoff hole. Four 2nd place, two 3rd place & 2 fourth place in 14 tournaments this year. Worse finish 24th at Arnold Palmer, but only 1 win.
3 Colin Morikawa Very good player and has had some medical issues lately. He has had putting problems, especially in the clutch, but made 2 very long putts on 16&18 but missed a birdie putt on 17 that cost him a playoff spot.
