This is the 107th PGA Championship started in 2016 by Rodman Wanamaker.

The field includes 99 of the top 100 golfers in the world. Only one is missing Billy Horschell who is undergoing hip surgery and will not return until Fall.

ROUND 1

Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy and Xander Schauffele start on #10.

First hole Rory & Schauffele birdie, Scottie misses a makable 10’ putt for par.

Green Mile All 3 DB’s on #16, #17 all par, #18 Rory almost in water but pars,

Schauffele & Scheffler in fairway both par.

1 J Vegas-7 64 Starts on 10, Green Mile bogies 17 & birdies 18 then 5 more, 0 bogies.

2 Ryan Gerard-5 66 Eagles 15 for lead then bogies 17&18, #38 FedX.

2 Cam Davis-5 66 Two bogies 7 birdies. RTD 2 4 bogies 74 drops to #22.

4 Alex Smalley-4 67 One eagle 5 birdies 3 bogies, Green Mile-1.

4 Ryan Fox-4 67 Birdies 3 of his 1st 5 holes, then-1 back 9, win last week got him in.

4 Stephen Jaeger-4 67 Six birdies 2 bogies 1 on 18. RD2 drops to 48 with 75.

9 Tyrrell Hatton-3 68 Two bogies 5 birdies with bogie on 17 birdie 18.

ROUND 2 Looks like McIlroy is out of it, but lets see what happens in RD2.
