COMMENTARY Nice finish to the tournament and the team who played best won. It was an opportunity for some of the up and coming players to advance. Here are some to watch.

I think all 4 of these guys will win in 2025. If not on the regular tour in the fall.

Andrew Novak no youngster at 30, gets his 1st PGA win after a disappointing loss at the Heritage, where he came back from #21 RD1, #2 after RD3. He has 4 top 10’s in 2025 and is 33rd OGWR and 68th FedX. He was 2nd at Canadian Open 2023 when Nick Taylor became the 1st Canadian to win with a 72’ putt on 4th playoff hole. I wrote on June 8th “who is this guy”. We now know, he has made $10M this year.

Jake Knapp 2024 was his rookie year and after finishing 3rd at the Farmers at Torrey Pines he won the Mexican Open in February, finished 4th at the Cognizant in March and in the hunt at Byron Nelson in May, then disappears and has been very quiet until this tournament.

Nicoli Hojgaard First to make PGA TOUR in 2024. Won 3X on DP, made cut in all 4 majors, best finish 16 at Masters and actually had the lead in RD2 but bogied 5 straight holes.

Rasmus Hojgaard His first year on PGA Tour. Won 5X DP, tied for 32nd at Masters.
