2 Sami Valimaki-10 61 From Finland OWGR starts with 4 birdies 3 on last holes. Finish 12-20  

3 Eric Cole-9 62 Birdie free RD I hope and I think he will win. Finish 8-21

4 Harry Hall-8 63 Started on #10 five birdies on front then 3 more on 2,3,4. Finish 12-20

4 Davis Thompson-8 63 Started with 2 birdies finished #2 last week late charge. Finish W-28

6 Lucas Glover-7 64 Birdies 1st 3 holes then 1 bogie 5 birdies. Finish 23-16

6 Denny McCarthy-7 One eagle 5 birdies. Finish 8-21

24 Jake Knapp-5 Five birdies on his front 9 then E on back. Finish 52 -9

24 SJ Im-5 One bogie 6 birdies he was picked #1 to win I Donn’s think he wins. Finish 12-20

24 Sepp Straka-5 66 Two bogies 7 birdies but I don’t think he will win. Finish 61-8

89 Jordan Spieth-2 69 Bogies his 2nd hole then another on 11with 4 birdies. Finish 26-15

89 Jason Day-2 68 I was expecting better from he and Spieth. Finish 23-16

ROUND 2 I think 6 of the top 9 will fade.  Rai at #1 has the best chance to win.

1 CT Pan-14 63 He eagles 14 for the lead, he and Rai come from 12 players at-6 Finish-2 -24  

1 Aaron Rai-14 63 Putting has been great he and Pan low RD of the day. Finish 7-21

3 Harry Hall-13 66 Second bogie free RD, he was 120/1 to win.

4 SJ Im-12 64 One bogie 8 birdies moves up 4 spots, picked to win. 

4 Hayden Springer-12 bogies too many holes.  

4 Luke Clanton(A)-12 67 A DB on #6 or he is tied for the lead.

4 Denny McCarthy-12 66 One bogie 6 birdies.

4 Davis Thompson-12 67 Eagles 2 then 3 bogies 5 birdies, could win.

10 Michael Thorbjorn-12 He and 7others tied at #10.  I think one of the above will win.

ROUND 3 I think the winner comes from final group but none have a PGA win.

1 Davis Thompson-21 62 Bogie free RD 9 birdies his lowest Rd today and his career.

2 Aaron Rai-19 One bogie 6 birdies but he blew Rocket Mortgage with 3 bogies on final RD 

2 Eric Cole-19 Eagles 17 to get into the final group.

4 Hayden Springer-17 Eagles #2 Three bogies 6 birdies.

4 CT Pan-17 4 birdies but bogies 18 I think he is out of it.

6 Michael Thorbjorn-16 Recently joined tour and has played well.

6 Luke Clanton(A)-16 One bogie 5 birdies.  Finished 10th last week 

9 Sami Valimaki-15 Two bogies 8 birdies to get back into the mix.

12 Jordan Spieth-14 63 Birdies 8 of 1st 12 holes then bogie on 13 and 1 more birdie.

30 Day-9 66 Eagle on 2 then 5 birdies 2 bogies.  Both he and Spieth playing much better.

FINAL ROUND Davis Thompson Six birdies on front RD, shoots 62&64 on last 2 RDs.  

His first PGA win and qualifies for THE OPEN.  Finished a close 2nd at Rocket Mortgage. 

1 Davis Thompson-28 64 one bogie 9 birdies to win while Rai & Cole faded. $1.4M

2 CT Pan-24 64 Has 2 bogies with 9 birdies to finish 2nd and qualify for THE OPEN $712K

2 M Thorbjorn-24 63 One bogie 9 birdies one open 18 to tie for 2nd. $712K

2 L Clanton(A)-24 63 Attends Florida State and his 2nd straight top 10 finish. $0
