RESULTS SHRINERS CHILDREN’S CHAMPIONSHIP 0CT 12-16 & PGA/DP/LIV/PIF 2024
Not much to say about this tournament that was not in my Preview. Since these 7 Fall tournaments and the LIV Team Play Championship do not have much meaning, I will devote a portion of the blogs to updates from PGA/DP/LIV/PIF. #1 is below after the Shriners results.
ROUND 1
#1 Beau Hossler-9 62/ 1 eagle, 8 birdies and only 1 bogie.
#2 J.T. Poston-8 63 call him the Postman because he delivers, has not delivered this year.

#21 Tom Kim-3 68 bogies 7 & 8, last years winner.
#30 Ludvig Aberg-2 69 he is so steady. Great to see a new face so easy to like.

#4 KH Lee-14 66 bogie free RD with 1 eagle and 3 birdies also great RD 2, finished 7th.
#7 Callum Tarren-13 62 If not for a DB on 17 he would have low RD at 60, finished 23rd.

#7 Poston 68 Last win Jonn Deere Classic in 2022.
FINAL ROUND Tom Kim wins for 2nd straight year, 21 Years old with 3 wins.
Ludvig Aberg, what can you say about him?
Eric Cole one of my longshots at 35/1.
Hadwin is #45 and Poston is #39 on PGA top 50. No points, are already in the top 50.

PGA/DP/LIV/PIF 2024
#1 The 2024 PGA season has been set from Jan 4 to Sept 1, 2024. Eight Signature events will have purses of $20M, The Players will be $25M, and the 4 majors will be around $20M. Waste Management Phoenix Open, which was a signature event last year with a $20M purse is likely to be $9M although no official purse has been announced. This probably goes for most future events not mentioned. Purses probably depend on how much $ PIF will cough up.
