ATT&T PEBBLE BEACH PRO-AM RESULTS 2023

AT&T PEBBLE BEACH PRO-AM RESULTS FEBRUARY 6, 2023

Tournament will start with 156 professionals and 156 amateurs, who each pay from $2,500 to $10,000 to participate.  Some of the celebrities playing are; Bill Murray, Chris O,Donnell, Darius Rucker, Eric Church, Jake Owen, Ray Romano, Aaron Rogers, Josh Allan, and many others.

It is a weak field with the only big name players being Jordan Spieth, Matt Fitzpatrick, Justin Rose & Viktor Hovland.  Many players skip this tournament because the following 2 events, The Waste Management Phoenix Open and The Genesis Invitational, are elevated events with purses of $20m each.  Golf Digest suggests that one solution to help Pebble Beach regain its important status would be to flip flop the elevated status with the Waste Management Phoenix Open to attract a stronger field.

While the field is not what it used to be, the course is still one of the most picturesque in golf. Nine holes, 4 through 10 and 17&18 are positioned right on the edge of the ocean.
